DemandZones provides market intelligence and opportunity insights derived from publicly available data sources to help local service operators identify areas of potential demand.

DemandZones is an information platform. We do not guarantee business outcomes, job volume, or revenue.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using DemandZones, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Service Description

DemandZones provides aggregated opportunity intelligence, area rankings and market signals, property-level information sourced from public data, and tools and resources for local service operators.

DemandZones does not generate or modify public data. We organize publicly available information for informational purposes.

5. No Guarantees

DemandZones does not guarantee jobs, revenue, lead conversion, business growth, or exclusive opportunities. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your outreach, pricing, service quality, and market conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes; scrape, copy, or bulk-download data without permission; resell or redistribute DemandZones data; reverse engineer or attempt to replicate the platform; use automated systems to access the Service excessively; or misrepresent information obtained through the Service.

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

7. Data and Accuracy Disclaimer

DemandZones uses publicly available city and property datasets. While we strive for accuracy, data may contain errors or delays, sources may change without notice, and information may become outdated.

You agree that DemandZones is not responsible for decisions made based on the data provided.

All content, branding, software, tools, and materials provided by DemandZones are owned by or licensed to DemandZones. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialize any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Subscription and Billing

If you purchase a subscription, fees are billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments are non-refundable. We may provide refunds at our sole discretion.
